Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 July 2026
VR Holding (“VR Holding”, “we”, “us”) operates the website vrholding.app and develops mobile apps, including Tcho. We care about privacy and build our products to collect as little personal data as possible. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
1. Our approach
We do not sell your personal data. We do not build advertising profiles. Wherever we can avoid collecting data, we do.
2. Information we collect
On our website. You can browse vrholding.app without creating an account. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may process standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) in server logs to keep the site secure and available.
In our apps. Our apps are designed to run without accounts. Your progress and settings are stored on your device, and — where you have it enabled — synced through Apple iCloud under your control. An app may use privacy-respecting, aggregated analytics or crash-reporting to help us fix problems and improve the experience. Where this applies, the data is not used to identify you personally.
The precise data practices for each app are also summarised in that app's App Privacy label on the App Store.
3. How we use information
- To operate, maintain, and secure our website and apps;
- To diagnose crashes and technical issues, and to improve stability and performance;
- To respond to your support requests and messages;
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Third-party services
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to deliver our products, which may process limited data on our behalf:
- Apple — App Store distribution, in-app purchases (if any), and iCloud sync, governed by Apple's privacy policy;
- Our web host — to serve this website;
- Analytics / crash reporting — where used, configured to minimise and anonymise data.
We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing.
5. Children
Our apps are intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in a way that would require verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Because our apps generally store data on your device, you can also remove most data simply by deleting the app. To make a request, email us at the address below.
7. Data retention & security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, then delete or anonymise it. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
