These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VR Holding website at vrholding.app and our apps, including Tcho (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. License to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our apps for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and to the Apple App Store terms.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our apps except where permitted by law; use the Services to break any law; interfere with or disrupt the Services; or resell, rent, or commercially exploit the Services without our written permission.

3. Intellectual property

The Services, including all apps, artwork, characters, audio, code, logos, and the names “VR Holding” and “Tcho”, are owned by VR Holding or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

4. Purchases

Any purchases made within our apps are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies.

5. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VR Holding will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

7. Changes

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the Services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply where you live.
